The Lower Silesian Mountain Running Festival in Ladek Zdroj is the largest mountain running event in Poland. The 2023 edition will feature a record number of competitors – 4,500 runners will cover 9 different mountain distances over the 4 days of the festival. Each competitor in the package will receive a nutty Compass, perfect for the mountain route.
